Peggy Triggs Owner/Designer, CKD, CAPS
Peggy has her bachelor's degree in Interior Design and has specialized in the kitchen and bath industry since 1981. She is a certified kitchen designer, along with being a certified aging in place specialist.
Her father, who was in the cabinet business suggested that she attend a kitchen design class to round out her education. She was always strong in math and liked the attention to detail that went along with kitchen and bath design, so it was a natural fit for her. She has worked for several companies in the past and in 2012 started her own company, Cabinets by Design.
Not only has she specialized as a kitchen and bath designer, but she has also taught interior design at a community college and currently gives cooking classes at her showroom. Peggy feels blessed to have found a career that she can be passionate about even after so many years in the business.
Nic Barrick
Nic joined Cabinets by Design in 2022 but he has been in the kitchen and bath industry for over 17 years. He has experience in many facets of the industry from manufacturing, designing and repping. His background started in CAD technology.
Nic is married with two kids that keep their family very active. In his spare time, he enjoys a good round of golf and helping out with his kid's sporting activities.
