Peggy is very easy to work with, she has a creative mindset that is above all others.  Peggy got to know our personalities and delivered a product that was absolutely perfect.  From the time we started working with Peggy, she had quick turnaround times along with unique ideas you don't find often.  Peggy is detail oriented and didn't miss a thing.  She takes great notes and delivers on time.  We have again hired Peggy for another job already.  From the time she measures the area of construction and delivers a first drawing or draft of ideas is beyond impressive.  

Peggy was with us from day 1, and this was a big project.  She presented a conceptual layout which reflected all of the input we provided.  My recollection is that we provided her with a wish list many pages long, with a stack of magazine articles in tow.  Having said that, we nonetheless went thru several design iterations, and she never lost the enthusiasm for the project without regard to the various changes.  She never lost focus on meeting our desires.  During construction - she is the gold standard for attentive service.  We had several QA issues with one of the cabinets and one of the countertops, and these were significant issues, and she delivered.  All issues were resolved immediately, to our satisfaction.  Full disclosure: I make my living managing electrical utility projects, big projects.  To that, I can assure you that Peggy has demonstrated the ability to effectively deal with contractors - to the owner's satisfaction.  I recommend her to anyone reading this.
